VERB-ING : interesting, boring, writing (A writing book)
V-3/PAST PARTICIPLES: interested, bored, written (A written test) 


FUNCTIONS:
TO modify NOUNS and PRONOUNS


She is a beautiful girl  = beutiful modifies girl
She is beautiful           = beautiful modifies she
She looks beautiful     = beautiful modifies she 


POSITIONS:
She is a beutiful girl = before the nouns modified
She is beautiful        = after ' be'
She looks beautiful = after linking verbs (look, seems, appear, etc)

b. After TO BE
c. After linking verbs
